"Pete's Dragon" actress Bryce Dallas Howard will reprise her role as Claire on "Jurassic World 2." Howard claims that they are now working for the legendary sequel.
Bryce Dallas Howard explained that the cast are already working on the details. She also said that she already has read the script for the much-awaited sequel.
Comicbook reported that the actress already met with Chris Pratt to talk about the sequel. The actress admitted that she feels great to be working once again with Pratt and the other cast members of the film.
"Jurassic World 2" Director Juan Antonio Bayona said that the new film will not just be a sequel for the show but will be a wonderful addition to the "Jurassic Park" franchise. Bayona stressed that this movie will be "a fifth chapter to a longer saga."
He explained that it might be hard to create the film but with proper balance it could be done. The director explained that it is important that their films connect with "Jurassic Park."
It is not just Howard and Pratt that will be returning for "Jurassic World 2," "Jurassic Park" actor B.D. Wong will be reprising his role as Dr. Henry Wu in the movie's sequel. Producer Frank Marshall said that when the Dr. Wu took off in the helicopter, it is certain that he will come back, Slash Film reported.
Wong is the only major character to crossover from "Jurassic Park" to "Jurassic World." He is one of the lead scientist on the "Jurassic Park" project, when "Jurassic World" opened he became the chief geneticist of the place.
Jobs & Hire reported that the movie will start shooting on March 2017. Writers Drek Connoly and Colin Trevvorow wrote the script for the upcoming sequel.
The site reported that it is rumored that "Sherlock" actor Toby Jones and "BFG" actor Rafe Spall will be part of the film. "Jurassic World 2" will hit theaters on June 22, 2018.
