Jennifer Love Hewitt showed off her baby bump and new hair do at the Pampers Love, Sleep, and Play Event on Wednesday at the Vanderbilt Hall in New York. Wearing a black Isabella Oliver maternity dress, the 34-year old actress gamely posed for photographers. When asked about pregnancy, the actress gushed, "I'm just excited to meet the baby!"
The growing mommy bump is not the only thing new about the actress, Jennifer also sported a new hair do. The "You" singer is now wearing a shorter, darker mane with bangs which made her look even younger!
"I most people, when they're getting ready to be a mom, they go, 'Oh my gosh, I have to have all of the answers right now,'" the actress told Us Weekly in an interview. She also added, "But every kid is different, every parent is different and every child and parent relationship is different, so you just sort of have to wait until you're in it and do the best that you can to try and be Zen in the middle of it all"
As the "The Client List" star is preparing for motherhood, the show's executives, in the meanwhile, are planning the third season's storyline as Hewitt's pregnancy is sort of a surprise.
Hewitt has a say on where the show will go, as she is an executive producer. While most of the fans want Colin Egglesfield to play Hewitt's baby's father, the actress wants her real-life sweetheart, Brian Hallisay to play the role.
The conflicting ideas are still being discussed but it is no secret that this causes a delay in production. This delay gives Jennifer Love Hewitt more time to relax herself and read up as preparation for giving birth to her child.
A rep for the actress commented on the story line issue saying, "...many story lines we are exploring. So any suggestion that we are not doing our best to develop a great season is simply not accurate."
When asked about the baby's possible names, the singer and actress said that she and her partner has not decided on it yet.
