Jennifer Love Hewitt flaunted her pregnant body to the press on Wednesday, and she talked about the many changes maternity brought to her life afterwards.
The 34-year-old soon-to-be mom posed for several photographers at the Pampers Love, Sleep & Play event, wearing an Isabella Oliver maternity dress that highlighted her curvaceous figure and her very prominent baby bump.
In an US Weekly interview she talked about her own approach towards motherhood saying, "I think most people, when they're getting ready to be a mom, they go, 'Oh my gosh, I have to have all of the answers right now... But every kid is different, every parent is different and every child and parent relationship is different, so you just sort of have to wait until you're in it and do the best that you can to try and be Zen in the middle of it all."
Hewitt also detailed that although she isn't stressing over motherhood, the many inconveniences of being pregnant are somehow taking a toll on her. The actress shared that the even the little things do bother her for some weird reason, such as the numbing of her hips at night and the old lady noises she would produce whenever she goes up and down the stairs.
Nevertheless, the 'Ghost Whisperer' lead star admitted that she had intensified her workout routine since early April when she found out she was already pregnant, but the expanding baby bump somehow hindered her along the way.
"I do a lot of swimming, Pilates, yoga - all good stuff for baby and for me. It gets difficult the bigger you get because it's more uncomfortable, but it's important," the star confessed.
"I'm off work for the moment, for the summer - it's a really happy, positive time, which I'm grateful for," she said when asked about her current endeavors as of late.
On the other hand, Jennifer Love Hewitt also dished out some facts about the real score behind her on-hold wedding plans with Brian Hallisay.
She clarified that it was her personal decision to postpone the wedding, explaining that she wanted to shed off her pregnancy add-on weight after giving birth so she can look good before even saying her "I do."
"I'm not putting that [the wedding] on myself also! We're going to wait. I'm going to get down and be cute again and then we'll be ready to go."
