Fans of the popular 2010 open world game "Red Dead Redemption" are excitedly waiting for the title's upcoming sequel and with good reason. "Read Dead Redemption 2" is slated for release in 2017 and is said to be better than the original.
According to Gaming Bolt, one of the most anticipated features that "Red Dead Redemption 2" will have is online content for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Moreover, the open world game is also said to have higher standards for its development, thus promising a better gaming experience for fans.
Rockstar games released a trailer for "Red Dead Redemption 2" sometime in the past and it effectively flaunted what the upcoming sequel will be like. The open world gameplay features massive valleys and cities that the player can explore and goof around in. However, as for the characters the game will have, Rockstar games has yet to disclose such information.
In addition, another noteworthy difference between "Red Dead Redemption 2" and the original is the importance of NPCs or in other words, Non-Player Characters. The sequel will make the NPCs a valuable aspect of the game, unlike the original which players could simply skip over NPC interactions. According to Game N Guide, the upcoming game will also have animal interactions for the player to enjoy, thus broadening the overall scope of "Red Dead Redemption 2."
Moreover, there is also cool multiplayer feature that will allow up to16 players to enjoy a death match in "Red Dead Redemption 2." A massive cooperative deathmatch feature mixed with the game's open world mechanics is definitely an interesting mode to engage in.
