"Hunter X Hunter" writer Yoshihiro Togashi is still on hiatus, as much as its manga and anime series. Now, everyone is wondering what will happen now, and the latest news may answer it. A rumor of new writer currently circulating now, apparently there is possible replacement. Although, Togashi still has until next year to prove himself until it happens.
According to Movie News Guide, "Shueisha plans to ask the illustrator to give up his rights of work and new writers would be required to begin working on Hunter X Hunter." Currently, there is two possible replacement for Yoshihiro Togashi, they are Sui Ishida and Naoko Takeuchi.
Furthermore, Ishida and Takeuchi are also notable writers, the first is Tokyo Ghoul's creator and the other is Sailor Moon's. But, it seems Takeuchi may have a better edge between the two because of her marriage to Togashi.
As they say, Sailor Moon's creator can pick up the mat for "Hunter X Hunter", and her husband can aid her on the way. Possibly, the taste of Togashi's original works will not be lost.
In spite of, this rumor is still unconfirmed; "Hunter X Hunter" may still continue to be on Yoshihiro's hands if ever. This is for the reason of his ultimatum. In a report by The Bit Bag, "Shueisha gave Togashi a deadline to work and finish the manga. The deadline set for the creator is until February 2017."
"Hunter X Hunter" Chapter 360 may finally be continued or not. With it, the fans are already brewing possibility of what will happen. Some expressed disapproval, they are afraid of how the anime and manga will progress without the original author.
For the meantime, the fans can only wait what's going to happened. Surely, what's going to happened will be for the betterment of "Hunter X Hunter" anime and manga.
