‘War For The Planet Of The Apes’ Release Date, Latest News & Update: Movie Expected As Best In The Series

Caesar is back with the latest release of the trailer for the new addition to the "Planets of the Apes" titles. 20th Century Fox released the trailer for "War For The Planet Of The Apes" in their official YouTube channel and by the looks of it, it will be one of the best in the series.

Director Reeves certainly did a great job, creating stunning shots and powerful scenes that is both modern but still paying tribute to its "Planet of the Apes" origin. Since the first appearance of the trilogy in 2011, the sci-fi film never failed to impress us with its outstanding storytelling and exquisite capture technology. Now, with "War For The Planet Of The Apes", the trend will continue but with some extra as shown in the trailer.

According to Cinema Blend, the movies simultaneously released its trailer with its official poster. It impressed a lot of movie fans with its effortlessness and dashing bravado where the poster highlighted Caesar's badass appeal amidst the impending war.

As of now, there are two films in the "Planets of the Apes" series. First, is "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" released in 2011. The film created the back-story on where the conflict between humans and apes begun and the reason behind the near extinction of mankind.

The second film, "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" leaped forward 10 years in the storyline showing brewing war between apes who now dominated to world and the human survivors. To complete the trilogy, is the "War for the Planet of the Apes" that is set two years after the event of the second movie.

As reported by The Verge, the excellent progression of the trilogy is what will set the series apart from the mainstream movie franchise like Marvel and Star Wars. The linking of the story between the films made the series to stand out compared to others.
