The fifth season of “Major Crimes” resumes next year, late February, with a Wednesday night slot instead of its usual Monday night one.
Fans will be delighted to know that the gang at the Major Crimes Division will be coming back on Feb. 22, 2017, with its fourteenth episode, reports TV Line. Mondays will also find itself bereft of the show’s presence since it has found a new time slot on Wednesdays at 9/8 central.
The last time fans saw the show was during the emotional rollercoaster that was the thirteenth episode entitled “White Lies Part 3.” In a recap, TV Fanatic wrote that the episode revolved around the team trying to figure out the identity of the person that was behind the hits in the courtroom.
They finally found out that it was Dwight Darnell’s father, Martin Borjas, who ordered them. He was killed, however, by his wife, for being a weak link before he could be taken into police custody
Buzz, on the other hand, was struggling with his guilt for Bill Jones’ arrest due to the role that he played in the murder of Buzz’s father and uncle. He feels especially worried about Jones’ children.
To top it all off, Mark had to leave Julio with his grandparents, which makes one wonder when things will finally work out for the guy. The episode ended with a cliffhanger: Andy had a heart attack.
While waiting for the next episode, you can tune in and stream other new series! Here is a list of the top 10 new TV shows for this year.
