Don’t pay attention to the naysayers- In an interview with Variety, Kim said that the press has been very nasty to her in many ways, but she has learned to pay no attention to all the negativity.
“I don’t really pay attention anymore,” she said. “I just follow my heart and do what I feel is the right thing.”
Work hard- Though it has been pointed out that Kim Kardashian came from a wealthy family, the celebrity is no stranger to work as she started out working at a clothing store during her teenage years. These days, the star continues to work on her brand as she raises her children with husband Kanye West.
“The reality is that people don’t want to get up and work,” she said to Variety. “It sounds crazy, but I see it all the time.”
Find a way to make your passion a source of income- Instead of getting stuck in a job that makes you miserable, find a way to turn a passion, skill, or hobby into a source of cash. Kim Kardashian’s love of fashion turned into a clothing line called DASH, and her social media following, which adds up to almost 150 million followers on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ultimately resulted to the Kimojis which are very popular nowadays.
“Find something you’re really passionate about,” she said. “Figure out a way to make that your job. Then you’ll be happy.”
