During Rob Lowe’s interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” last Wednesday, he addressed his alleged job posting for a personal assistant. Lowe jokingly talked about the qualifications stated and said that “it sounds pretty good.”
According to E! Online, Lowe has not yet seen the job application that was posted online, although he already heard about it. Jimmy was the one who fills in the details to Rob as they talk about it one by one.
The job description, which was shared by TMZ, indicated that the applicant should “never assume anything, to ensure the CLIENT [Rob] is fed and has coffee throughout the day and also to schedule haircuts every episode for the CLIENT.”
The ad also mentioned that the Personal Assistant must make sure that the client’s dinner should be planned if he will be arriving home later than 8 PM. Aside from that, the assistant should be the one to schedule his massages and make sure that the Jacuzzi is also turned on.
Lowe laughed and said "I've got my priorities really in order—that's what's clear,” as he heard the qualifications.
To make it more interesting, the assistant should also say goodbye to his/her personal life since he/she must be willing to travel to different locations and at the same time serve as the client’s “body man.” And lastly, the applicant must be able to lift 25 pounds in order to support the client. Reportedly, the pay is $70,000, and it includes benefits.
Rob admitted that he is looking for an assistant but then teased if the said job listing came from his team. "I'm going to have to get to the bottom of this. This might be real," says Lowe.
He added, "Not only may it be real, but I kind of am liking the specifics that they're asking for."
