One Direction's new track 'Diana' has leaked online before their new album 'Midnight Memories' is officially released. The British boys are sad to have been plagued by leaks and early spoilers ever since they began their career after 'X Factor' U.K.
Just a month after their song 'Can't Let Her Go,' another track in their yet to be released album, has surfaced on YouTube, One Direction's 'Diana,' a song they said is dedicated to their fans, has leaked online social media and video sites even before they intended to reveal it to the public on November 25th.
According to some reports, the boys were displeased about the leak last month, so how much more for this month's 'Diana' leak?
PopCrush reported that 'Diana' is especially dedicated to One Direction's fiercely loyal fans, who are having bad days ahead.
It is also reportedly a song that connotes a message against bullying, self-harm, and eating disorders, tough issues that anyone could face in their personal lives.
Previous reports stated that the boys have always been very supportive in anti-bullying campaigns, and on several occasions over the past three years, 1D has shown how they wanted any form of bullying to end. Thus, it is not surprising that 'Diana' is seen as an extension of their advocacy.
Amid the heartfelt and serious message, 'Diana' is backed by upbeat tempo and a sing-along melody that is nothing short of familiar. The song's chorus has a very catchy tune and wordings, as expected from the hitmakers, whose YouTube videos receive millions of views just hours before release.
It is still unclear how the leak surfaced or who was behind the spoiler, but Directioners are already so hooked on the song, they have forgotten about the legalities involved.
Many even expressed their feelings and views about the song on Twitter just minutes after the leak appeared.
"diana might be a upbeat song but the lyrics are so meaningful and genuine and it makes you wanna curl up into a ball and sob," a Titter user wrote Saturday.
