The authorities cancelled both domestic and international flights, including the shipping line schedule due to Typhoon Usagi, which Hong Kong considered as the most powerful for this year, or even in their history.
Their Weather Department already made an announcement about the possible suspension of classes and other transactions as typhoon Usagi is expected to land today or by tomorrow. Hong Kong government do not forsake the safety of their citizen by conducting an alert preventive measurement, as the said typhoon made damages to their neighboring country such as the Philippines and Taiwan.
Usagi, which is a Japanese term for a rabbit has a wind blow capacity of 175 kilometer (109 miles) per hour, having a guts that will range up to 213 kph (132 mph).
Due to the changes of typhoon Usagi to its wind blow capacity which is now updated to 241 kilometers (150 miles) per hour, it is now an official super typhoon. In addition, the destructive effect that the typhoon leaves when it passed through some part of Luzon and Taiwan is enough to say that it is indeed a super typhoon.
