The duo who presented a highly-talked about performance last August at the MTV Video Music awards is set to share the same stage on November 10's MTV Europe Music Awards.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer, who made a lot of mothers terribly worried for their daughters' Hannah Montana fandom, is scheduled to perform at the EMA's along with the "Blurred Lines" singer in Amsterdam. It has not been confirmed if the two will start the show with a familiar touch of overexposure, or will end the awards night with a bang.
Thicke is excited for the event, who gained a lot of good and bad press after performing alongside Cyrus while she gyrated and "twerked" in front of him during last August most-talked about live performance. Cyrus suggestively "caressed" his body up and down with a finger foam prop, which made the duet a little bit scintillating for the regular viewer.
"I am grateful and excited to be nominated and performing at this year's EMAs. I know it will be an amazing night!" says Thicke in a released statement.
Other performers set to bring the night to an exciting run include rap legend, Snoop Dogg, who is said to be preparing for a "funkified" version of his hit, "Gin and Juice," to celebrate the 20th anniversary of "Doggystyle." Afrojack, Imagine Dragons, Katy Perry, and the Killers are all scheduled to perform in the said event w which will be held in Amsterdam.
Will Ferrell will host the EMA's, under his famously-loved movie character, Ron Burgundy. Young singer, Ariana Grande is said to co-host the show, with expected appearances from sizzling female rapper, Iggy Azalea and singer Ellie Goulding. Game of Thrones fans will be delighted to know that Carice van Houten, who plays the cunning Melisandre, will also grace an appearance in the said event.
