The Miss Universe 2013 competition is getting tougher and tougher in the passing of the day. And with only a couple of days more to go before the finals night, the 87 Miss Universe 2013 candidates had to do this week. Out of all the beautiful hopefuls, Miss Philippines Ariella Arida won the shoot and was even hailed as the 'Ice Princess.' Fourteen other candidates were also recognized for their beauty in the said shoot.
The International Times reported today that the Miss Universe 2013 candidates did a glamorous shoot in Moscow, Russia, with the main goal of choosing one who best embodies the beauty and glam of the host country.
Among the 87 Miss Universe 2013 candidates, Miss Philippines Ariella Airda, who is famous for being Miss Universe 2013's top crowd favorite, bagged the 'Ice Princess' title for showcasing her best in the glam shoot.
Aside from winning the said photo shoot competition, Arida was also named as one of the 6 Miss Universe 2013 candidates for the Mercedez-Benz commercial.
Meanwhile, there were 14 other candidates who also stood out in the glam shoot this week. Miss Spain landed next to Arida while Miss Great Britain came 3rd. As for the 4th and 5th spots, we have Miss South Africa and Miss Australia, respectively.
Miss Poland snags the 6th spot in the shoot while Miss Venezuela and Miss Netherlands land 7th and 8th, respectively. Meanwhile, Miss Ecuador came 9th and Miss Romania lands 10th.
From 11th to 15th, we have Miss Ukraine, Miss Brazil, Miss Russia, Miss Croatia, and Miss Turkey, in ascending order.
The organizers reportedly had a tough time in choosing the top 15 since all the Miss Universe 2013 candidates really did their best. In the end, they chose Miss Philippines Ariella Arida for her simple yet glamorous look.
The final round for the most coveted beauty pageant worldwide is set to happen on November 9 at the Crocus Hall in Moscow, Russia.
