And Alicia will think that it's Lockhart/Gardner behind this spying trick. Then, Diane will discover something that will lead her to breaking down: Peter does not actually intend to give her the judge seat. Now, Diane wants to get revenge especially when she finds out that Alicia has asked her husband to be a ballistics expert on a case under Florrick/Argos. Fed up with all the fuzz, Diane will make a big move in buying Florrick/Argos' intended office space. And this will ignite another flame between Alicia and her previous firm. Meanwhile, Charles also revealed a lot of things on what is going on between Will and Alicia. "I think the betrayal by Alicia, which Will feels on both a personal and professional level, has the opposite effect on him that some might imagine. It completely energizes him and triggers his competitive spirit. He always wants to win at all costs, but now he has even extra incentive," Charles said on the comment of the show creators that Will has been reborn. "I think he can one day. He's a smart person and understands these things happen in business. He may one day be able to see it for what it is. Perhaps, he would have made the same move if the shoe was on the other foot. But, at this moment, I don't think he's anywhere near there yet or, frankly, will be anytime too soon. I think he still feels betrayed and is focusing on fighting for his firm and making sure it can be the best it can be."
