Elizabeth Banks, one of the hottest actresses in Hollywood today, posted a "selfie" on her way to the world premiere of "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" in London Monday night, spoiling her stunning neon-yellow ballgown dress.
On the red carpet, Banks showed up in a custom Jason Wu ballgown dress, Brian Atwood shoes, Jacob and Co. ring, and a Gaydamak handcuff.

In Berlin, Elizabeth Banks wore a metallic beaded gown for the premiere stealing the show Tuesday night.
In "The Hunger Games" trilogy, Elizabeth Banks plays the role of Effie Trinket, an escort for District 12, particulary to Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence). She usually wears a fancy light purple wig and stunning dresses during the movie.
"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" will hit theaters on Nov. 22, 2013 in the United States.
