A preview for Witches of East End season 1 episode 7 "Unburied" shows Ingrid torturing her Aunt Wendy. But we are not really sure if it's the real Ingrid doing this since the official synopsis leaks that the shifter is going to summon a very familiar face. Then, we can see that Penelope has her aim at Joanna (Julia Ormond), who apparently killed her father when she was still a young girl.
