Could love be in the cards for Lord of the Rings costars, Orlando Bloom and Liv Tyler? The grapevine has been abuzz lately with news of the pair being lovey-dovey towards each other, could romance be in the works? The two friends have been spotted in New York on November 24, cozying up to each other backstage at Broadway's Cort Theatre after a performance of Waiting for Godot.
Orlando Bloom and Liv Tyler, who became close friends on the set of the three part epic adventure movie, have both been married previously. Bloom, in particular, has only recently announced his separation from super model Miranda Kerr. The British actor and the model were together for less than three years and have a son, Flynn, together.
The Daily Mail reports that according to a source, the Orlando Bloom and Liv Tyler exhibited more than just friendly behavior. "When they got behind closed doors, they were playfully tickling, gazing into each other's eyes and holding hands," the publication's web site writes.
Tyler, on the other hand, was married to Royston Langdon, a rock star from the band Spacehog. They were together for five years before announcing their split in 2008 and also have one son, Milo.
Fans of Orlando Bloom and Liv Tyler are no doubt excited about this development even as none of the two's publicists have confirmed. It is also interesting to note that Bloom's ex-wife has also been rumored to have a low key romance not long after their separation with Australian billionaire, James Packer.
Kerr and Packer were said to have met when the Victoria's Secret model launched a beauty line and Packer gave her some sound business advice. They were even reported to have holidayed together in Packer's estate in Bora Bora May of 2012. Looks like everyone in this strange love triangle has been moving on and paying no mind to the rumor mill.
