Lindsay Lohan is reportedly suing Rockstar Games as she believes that they have used their likeness in their game Grand Theft Auto V. According to the actress, the image just looks too much like her and the game company never asked for her permission.
The "one time teenage drama queen" and her team of lawyers have said that the blond cover girl in a bikini flashing a peace sign was a clear reference to Lindsay Lohan, although most people are of the opinion that it actually looks more like buxom supermodel Kate Upton. Other components of the game that the Canyons actress has a problem with are a mission in which you lend a hand to Los Santos "celebutard" Lacey Jonas get back home as she is being chased by a horde of paparazzi as well as missions involving Poppy Mitchell, a returning character, in which the player has to take photos of another local "celebutard" having sex in the game version of the hotel Chateau Marmont then later pursuing her as she drives drunk. The Chateau Marmont, by the way, was a place that Lindsay Lohan once lived in.
It is also worth noting that none of these have been confirmed from either camp, however it is safe to say that should it happen, it is not the first time that Lindsay Lohan has been caught exhibiting strange behavior. Most recently, she was involved in an altercation between an unnamed individual and Barron Hilton, Paris Hilton's younger brother. According to police reports, the attack on Barron Hilton was ordered by Lindsay Lohan when she heard that he was badmouthing her in front of her boyfriend.
No word from Lohan's camp on both of these issues. It seems like even when she is trying to play down her troubled image, controversy just follows Lindsay Lohan whether in the real or virtual world.
