A report carried by gossip website Mediamass.net stated that Linda Gray and boyfriend are to be engaged soon as the couple was seen shopping for engagement rings. The said website referred to a Sun Times report of the same story and claimed that the Linda Gray and her boyfriend was seen carefully eyeing some pricey rings in major jewelry stores. The report was made this Sunday, December 15.
Insiders confirm engagement rumor
According to insiders close to Linda Gray, the couple are soon to be engaged. Sun Times also said that these people are "convinced" that an engagement is in order. One is quoted saying, "she's madly in love with him".
Naturally, rumors of this nature exploded on Twitter, Facebook, and other major social media sites. Fans of Linda Gray are celebrating the news and one tweeted, "So many people would flip but if the couple at some point announced they were engaged I'd be happy."
However, no confirmation was made by Linda Gray's side. On Monday, the 73-year old actress' rep made no comment about the engagement rumors.
Also, hours after the Sun Times report went viral, people began questioning the authenticity of the story.
Meanwhile, Linda Gray will be featured in Oprah's Where they Are now along with Melissa Joan Hart and former prosecutor Marcia Clark. Linda Gray and Dallas co-star Patrick Duffy will be talking about the untimely death of Larry Hagman, another Dallas co-star. In 1983, cast and staff of the show were asked questions like "Who shot J.R Ewing?" and for their guesting on the show, Gray and Duffy will reflect on this tragedy.
