Courtney Stodden seemed to have spent 2013 dressed down for the most part, from posing naked with zombies to bare-chested selfies, yet Doug Hutchison's ex-wife has continuously turned down offers for pornography.
Courtney Stodden had been willing to post nude with realistic zombies for "Girls & Zombies" and routinely released topless "selfies" of herself so questions have been raised regarding the girl's shift to the porn industry in the future.
Courtney Stodden was reported to have dated a Bush White House staffer aged 53 years old.
An adult film website, Panaporn, had offered Stoddent US$5 million to shoot a few solo porn scenes but keeping ex-husband, Doug Hutchison in mind, she had stood her ground, refusing the company saying she would not allow herself to be shot doing anything sexually explicit.
She also reasoned that shooting porn is "not the direction I am interested in taking in my life." Her refusal was also partly because of her mother.
"I let her do what was in her. I did not put my foot down and say you will not do this. I do not want to ever see her do pornography. I would be heartbroken and so upset. A lot of beautiful women have participated and posed for Playboy, very respectable, high-class, gorgeous women," her mother reportedly told Stodden.
Despite this, Courtney Stodden still could not get her big Playboy break. She had attempted to make a deal with the famous magazine before but had been rejected.
Courtney Stoddent also admits to shooting a sex tape but would rather keep it private.
Vivid Entertainment's CEO, Steve Hirsch, commented soon after Courtney Stodden's divorce with Doug Hutchison had been finalized that Stodden could be a good porn star if she wanted. The CEO remarked that Courtney Stodden was "born to be a porn star" due to the natural sexuality exuded by the girl. He also shared that he would like to offer Stodden a contract, hoping she would be interested in pursuing porn now that she's single.
