Former "High School Musical" star Zac Efron wore his blue AA sobriety chip in a necklace at a basketball game on Dec. 20, implying that Efron has been clean and sober for the past six months.
Without informing the media and most people, the 26-year-old actor finished a stint in rehab in April 2013 which Zac Efron managed to keep secet for the following five months. The former Disney star has kept up with his rehab program and remains sober today.
Efron has chosen to keep the details of his rehab stint under wraps and did not further disclose any information regarding his experience.
