Jenna Dewan-Tatum had already flaunted her toned abs and sexy post-baby body in the latest Self magazine issue in a revealing crop top but this time she's featured in the cover of another magazine in an sexier outfit.
The 33-year-old new mom shows off her unbelievably toned stomach in a black and white striped bralette and skimpy cutoffs as Us Weekly's latest cover girl just several months after giving birth to her daughter with Channing Tatum, Everly, back in May of 2013.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum's post-baby body has raised many curious questions on how the star got her abs back so quickly but the actress answered this in her latest magazine interviews.
"I just recently had a baby but I stayed in shape," Jenna Dewan-Tatum shared in her interview with Self magazine regarding her body. "I was working out almost every single day or walking or hiking or anything that made me feel good."
The dancer also revealed that working out to keep her body fit not ony got rid of the excess baby weight but also helped her keep tight control over her hormones and mood swings. The workouts also did a good job helping her regain the energy she had lost while giving birth to only daughter Everly.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum's personal fitness trainer focused on her arms and legs for her 90-minute exercise programs which the actress did four days a week and also combined her love of dancing into the workouts.
"Working out kept me sane," Jenna shared in her latest magazine interview. "I would feel a burst of energy and all my hormones would regulate."
Dewan-Tatum was a dancer before she became an actress and it showed when she immediately went back to her favorite dance routines in her post-baby workout sessions.
"I thought, 'I've worked out and danced my whole, it will all fall into place,'" she told the magazine - and it did!
The 33-year-old dancer's dedication in staying in good shape did her a lot of good as Dewan-Tatum's toned abs and fit figure speak for themselves.
Aside from taking care of her new baby girl and keeping in shape, the new mother also has other things in her plate, especially with the upcoming season two of her series, "Witches of East End."
Jenna Dewan-Tatum tweeted, "Announce soon!" in response to one of her enthusiastic Witches of East End fans who asked about the hit TV series' premiere date.
