Maximillion Cooper is the man of the hour after rapper/actress Eve confirmed that she said yes to his marriage proposal via Twitter.
The Hip-Hop artist, who was born Eve Jeffers, shared the good news on Twitter, saying "Thanku 2 everybody 4 your congratulations on our engagement! We wanted to celebrate with our family and friends 1st b4 announcing."
An excited Maximillion Cooper also did his own announcing, as he tweeted "Yes it's official...I asked the question...and she said YES! WAHOOO! we're getting married!" The message was posted along with a picture of the couple leaning against a luxurious sports car.
A representative from Eve's party shared in an interview that 41-year-old Cooper popped the big question to his longtime girlfriend on Dec. 25.
Before the official announcement was made, the 35-year-old singer teased fans with a glimpse of her diamond engagement ring in a family photo she shared through her Instagram account on Monday.
