Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin seem to be more in love than ever as the celebrity pair was spotted spending quality time with each other on a beach in Hawaii.
Beach time is strictly family time, especially for notoriously private A-list couples such as Paltrow and Martin.
The celebrity couple, who passed the 10-year mark in their marriage last December, is known for keeping their relationship strictly away from the public and media eye. The two are also rarely spotted and photographed together which fueled several nagging rumors that they're on the brink of breaking up.
The photos taken during their family getaway to Hawaii over New Year's seem to be telling a different story entirely, as the couple looked happy and in love.
The 41-year-old actress sported a tiny pink patterned bikini while she was photographed chatting with her musician husband. Chris Martin, 36, looked comfortable and engrossed in the conversation as he lounged on the sand wearing black swim trunks.
The celebrity couple also showed off their tattoos in honor of each other, with Gwyneth Paltrow displaying a "C" on her hip and the Coldplay frontman sporting a "G" on his arm.
Paltrow and Martin were also joined on the Hawaiian beach by their two children, nine-year-old Apple and seven-year-old Moses.
The A-list duo hasn't been spotted and photographed together since last July 2013 when Paltrow and Martin were seen at an airport in Mallorca with their children in tow.
In 2009, Gwyneth Paltrow had explained the reason behind their decision to remain private as a couple, saying, "It doesn't behoove us to be a public couple. He certainly doesn't want that. We've never ever walked down a red carpet together, we never will."
The actress also admitted to the UK version of Glamour magazine back in May 2013 that "It's hard being married. You go through great times, you go through terrible times. We're the same as any couple."
Following that interview, Paltrow was asked by "Good Housekeeping" what the "best decision" she's ever made was and the "Iron Man" star responded with, "to marry my husband."
