Gia Allemand may be dead but the former 'Bachelor' contestant, who shocked the world after committing suicide, still continues to live beyond the grave through the legacy she left in her Maxim photos, at least for most of her fans.
Following the moving tribute for the 'Bachelor' star in Sunday night's pre-premiere special, it is not surprising that many people searched and looked up for Gia's Maxim photos.
Several search engines even recognized "Gia the bachelor maxim" keywords as one of their trending topics. However, despite the rather offbeat way to review a dead person's profile, many were quite pleased to have known the other side of the beautiful "Bachelor" contestant.
Many lauded not only her beautiful physical appearance as proven by this "Bachelor" star's Maxim photos, but as well as through her kindness and sincere character throughout her days in the reality show.
Interestingly, many noticed in the tribute to the 29-year-old that she somehow hinted about her early demise. "I just hope people remember my kind heart. I have a kind heart for people. That's what I hope people remember me for."
Gia Allemand was one of the most popular contestants in the 2010 series. In fact, she was the second to the last contestant to be eliminated by Jake Pavelka.
The 29-year-old reportedly committed suicide by hanging after an exchange with her boyfriend.
Gia's mother, Donna Micheletti recently opened up about her daughter's death on the Dr. Phil Show.
"Gia took her own life and it is heart wrenching and I wouldn't want to see any other parent go through this," Micheletti said. "Gia was always full of such life and she'd walk into a room and you'd feel her presence. She'd light up that room like sunshine."
