Nadine Belfort is the real person behind Naomi Belfort, played by Margot Robbie, in the film of Martin Scorsese's Wolf of Wall Street, and she was actually a drop-dead gorgeous model in the 90s.
According to Starcasm Nadine Belfort or "Naomi Belfort" in the movie, caught Jordan Belfort's eye though he was still married to his first wife.
Nadine Belfort (born Nadine Caridi) used to be famous for being a Miller Lite girl. She has built a name for her own in the showbiz industry by her appearance in several ads, including the famous Monday Night Football commercials in the 90s.
It was only when Nadine tied the knot with Jordan Belfort in early 1990s that she ended her modeling career and focused on being a socialite.
Several literature pointed out that although Jordan referred to her as the "Duchess of Ray Ridge," the former model didn't actually have aristocratic roots.
Her socialite status was officially made known when Jordan bought a yacht from Coco Chanel and renamed after her.
If you have seen the Wolf of Wall Street already then you most likely know now that Nadine and Jordan's marriage wasn't a happy one.
In reality, the two divorced in the late 1990s when Jordan went to rehab. However, in Jordan Belfort's interview with The Telegraph in 2008, the former couple now have a solid friendship despite living miles apart and co-parenting their kids.
