One of the sons of a father of 22 who was spared jail for dealing drugs inside the correctional facility he has been imprisoned in for the past 17 years after kicking his former babysitter to death.
Notorious criminal Raymond Hull's son Adrian had just been 17 when he battered and kicked his former babysitter, Nicky Morrison, to death in Heysham Park, Carlisle and threw his body over a bridge.
A witness to the brutal murder retold the details of the crime, describing how Hull kicked his intoxicated victim on the head more than 14 times. According to the witness, Adrian Hull struck Morrison on the head so had that the victim's skull detached from his neck and bounced off the pavement.
Hull, then 17, was arrested at Her Majesty's Pleasure and was convicted with a minimum of 15 years imprisonment for the murder.
Adrian Hull was previously convicted for causing criminal damage, arson and threatening behavior when he was charged with the murder of his former babysitter.
In 1996, it was discovered in his trial that Hull battered Nicky Morrison, who used to look after him as a child, in a park near his house before inviting a girl to witness the murder.
Donna Jackson, the witness to the crime, told the court in Carlisle then that she had seen Morrison lying on the concrete pathway gurgling blood and that she had been ordered by Hull to stand as lookout while he repeatedly kicked the victim in the head.
A local news media outlet reported that Adrian Hull was released from jail just before Dec. 24 last year, having served 17 years, and the now 34-year-old was seen proudly posing for photos with his father.
Raymond Hull, 58, had made headlines this week when news broke out that he was spared jail time for dealing cannabis to take care of his 22nd child, 7-month-old Barry.
With a criminal career comprised of 31 convictions, the 58-year-old has 22 children by 11 women. According to his neighbors, the elder Hull lives a "lavish lifestyle" of luxury cars, foreign holidays and raucous late-night parties.
