The dirtiest man in the world has already been named. And the quite disturbing title goes to one lucky (or very unlucky) man is 80-year-old Amou Haji. And yes! His favorite food is no other than rotten meat of dead and decaying animals.
According to the Tehran Times, the world's dirtiest man, who is an Iranian, doesn't like to eat clean food or ingest clean water since he believes that "cleanliness brings him sickness."
For him, he enjoys munching decaying bodies of porcupines. The dirtiest man also prefers to drink water from his rusty oil tin, and he claims that he gulps at least five liters of fluid every day.
However, all of these weren't enough to secure Amou Haji the not-so-coveted title. In fact, it was actually because he has not washed in over 60 years that made him outshine the other candidates of the title.
It can be noted that the previous titlist was 66-year-old Kailash Singh of India. Singh got the title because he has not washed for over 38 years but today it seems that it's very obvious how Haji smoothly landed the "Dirtiest Man in the World" title.
The Tehran Times reports that Haji had bouts of "emotional setbacks in his youth" that led him to develop this deemed "very unhealthy" lifestyle.
Other strange facts about Haji include his tendency to stuff his pipe with animal feces instead of tobacco, which he claims he enjoys doing the most, and his practice of smoking multiple cigarette sticks all at once.
As of late, the dirtiest man lives in a grave-like hole in the solid ground "to keep him grounded and in touch with the reality of life." He also has a brick shack in case he needs an alternative when the rough weather comes.
