A woman called her former teacher after knowing she became the assistant principal in Alhambra High School. The whole conversation was posted on YouTube and since then, gone viral.
In the video, the woman, who was allegedly abused by her former teacher when she 12, confronted Andrea Cardosa regarding their "sexual relationship" by that time.
Andrea was a working at Chemawa Middle School in Riverside when the said abused with Jamie happened. She was Jamie's basketball coach who used to be with the kid when she was 12.
In a press conference held Monday, Carillo told reporters that she decided to expose her bad experiences because she feared that other kids might experience the same thing she experienced with Cardosa.
"The reason why I wanted to do this was to expose her for what she really was and to protect other kids, because she shouldn't be around anyone's kids," Jaime said.
According to Jamie, their "relationship" started when one day, Andrea tried to manipulate her, making her believed she needed her. Then their encounter became bolder as the teacher does the kissing and touching of her private parts. The said "relationship" lasted until she was 20.
Andrea, who was working as an assistant principal resigned the same day the video was posted and gone viral. Since then, Cardosa has not been seen. The assistant principal was believed to be hiding with her relatives as the issue spread all over the net.
Officials at Alhambra High School confirmed in a statement that Cardosa has resigned since Jan.17, even before the video on YouTube gone viral.
Police are currently investigating on the case.
After the video gone viral, a second victim, who also claimed to be abused by Cardosa, came to the police. The said victim was provoked by the video.
