Eddie Murphy is threatening Brandon Murphy for legal action after the second allegedly claims to be his son.
According to TMZ, the document filed by Marty Singer, Murphy's lawyer, says that Brando changed his last name and joined Mason Pryor's comedy tour "Sons of Comedy". The comedian also showed up at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Eddie frequent and screaming "My Father won't talk to me".
However, the younger comedian claims he has never claimed to be Eddie's son.
Brando, seemingly strong with his stand, was not threatened by the legal actions and even sent his own letter, describing the comedian's allegations 'vile, base, contemptible, miserable, wretched and loathsome'.
He also says that he will sue Eddie for defamation over the comedian's accusations.
The show, where Brandon was with Richard's Pryor son did not explicitly state that Brandon was Eddie's son. However, the man was dressed up the way the iconic Eddie was known with its leather suit in his shows.
Eddie Murphy has been in the industry of comedy for decades, however, this is the first time the comedian was reported to have conflict with other comedians. He was known as "Donkey" in "Shrek"and one of the top comedians of all time.
Known to be very funny, it is ironic Eddie Murphy have been pissed by the way Brandon was labeled.
