Alessandra Ambrosio [HOT PHOTOS]: Victoria's Secret Angels Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel Discuss 2014 Swimwear Campaign [PHOTOS]

Victoria's Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio's hot photos have always spiced up media in all the right ways and this year the model will take in a new swimsuit campaign that's sure to be a hit.

Alessandra Ambrosio's hot photos have no limits in popularity so it's safe to say this year's campaign will be successful and spectacular.

Buying a new swimsuit is probably the last task on your mind considering the excessive amount of food you most likely consumed during the holidays.

But the Victoria's Secret Angels on the other hand, who are swimsuit-ready per usual, are enthusiastic about showing off the lingerie giant's new range for 2014 and spoke to the Telegraph about this season's trends and new silhouette.

According to Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Candice Swanepoel, as well as newcomer Gracie Carvalho, this year's silhouette is inspired by high-waist briefs, and some of the year's hottest trends include ruffles, cut-outs, animal prints and monochrome. This collection encourages Victoria's Secret customers to mix and match pieces to create unique sets.

"I think it's fun to do because you can mix, like, whatever you like. Like different shapes of bikini, animal prints with a bright color... It feels more young and fun," Carvalho said.

"You get really inspired. When you're there getting the beautiful tan and just looking over and viewing St. Tropez, what else do you need," Ambrosio said of the models' beachside photoshoot.

Late last month, Victoria's Secret began posting behind-the-scenes images from its 2014 swimwear campaign on Instagram.

Earlier in December, the brand's annual fashion show was aired on TV. The event saw famed angels such as Cara Delevingne, Swanepoel, Karlie Kloss, Jourdan Dunn, Ambrosio and Adriana Lima show off sexy getups that fell into one of six themes that the show explored: "British Invasion," "Birds of Paradise," "Parisian Nights," "Shipwrecked," "Snow Angels" and "PINK Network."

"You have cameras, you have to act, you have to make the audience a part of the show. You get to have fun out there, you get to be yourself, you get to have a party on stage. It's a performance. It's the Superbowl for fashion models," Danish model Josephine Skriver said in a backstage interview with Video Fashion.
