Apple iPhone 5S and LG G Flex are just two of the most outstanding handsets available on the market today. Apple and LG's latest flagship phones are topnotch in terms of specs, features and performance, as with similar devices released by HTC, Samsung and Sony. With the number of choices you have, it's become a bigger challenge to compare each phone and their specs just to see which one suits you best, as with the case of Apple's iPhone 5S and LG G Flex. And with the passing of another year comes a very important question: which smart phone should you invest your hard-earned money in?

Apple iPhone 5S' camcorder also features digital image stabilization and the ability to take photos during video recording.
LG G Flex boasts Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 for its system chip and Quad core, 2260 MHz, Krait 400 as its processor, making it a competitively powerful smart phone that can easily compete with majority of handsets today. This is also much more advanced than Apple iPhone 5S' hardware which is comprised of a Apple A7 with 64-bit architecture system chip and a Dual core, 1300 MHz processor. LG G Flex also beats Apple iPhone 5S in terms of system memory and built-in storage, with LG's flagship device boasting 2048 MB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. Apple iPhone 5S features only 1024 MB for its RAM and 16 GB built-in storage.
Another point of distinction is the battery capacity of each phone and this is one category where LG has the obvious advantage. With its 3500 mAh capacity, LG G Flex can go on for hours and hours longer than Apple iPhone 5S' 1570 mAh battery capacity. iPhone 5S boasts only 10 hours of talk time and 10.4 days of stand-by time while LG G Flex features almost triple these numbers.
There are many points of distinction that separates LG G Flex from Apple iPhone 5S in terms of specs and features. While both phones excel in different areas, at the end of the day, the choice between the two handsets comes all right down to personal preferrence. If you want a handy, app-loaded phone with an impressive touch sensor, then go for Apple iPhone 5S. If you want a phablet featuring a curved back and a versatile OS, then go for LG G Flex. Either way, you can't go wrong with two powerful devices made by two of the biggest names in the mobile industry today.
