Ray Rice's girlfriend Janay Palmer has been in the picture since 2008, though that timeline is hazy. The two are reportedly living together, and a number of reports online indicate that Ray Rice and Janay Palmer are engaged to be married.

In August, 2010, Ray Rice's girlfriend was arrested for, and pled guilty to, shoplifting.
The charge was for stealing a dress valued at less than $1,000. MediaTakeOut got ahold of the police report, and also learned that Janay was given probation, and a fine of $400 for her crime. They also cite an "inside source" who claims that she was busted for shoplifting a dress to hit the clubs with that evening. That has not been corroborated.
