VALERIA LUKYANOVA DIET: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW, DO TO HAVE HUMAN BARBIE DOLL'S 50-CM WAISTLINE!

Valeria Lukyanova's diet is now the center of attention after the alleged "Human Barbie" has finally revealed her secret to her really thin, 50-cm waistline. So if you dare to beat the odds and get the same proportions of a Barbie doll, then here are the things you need to know about Valeria Lukyanova's diet.

According to the Daily Mail, the walking Barbie doll has recently converted herself to "Breatharianism" to maintain her extremely thin waist. Now, if you are not that aware of this diet/belief, it is actually a truly bizarre practice of cult followers, who believe that the human body can just live off of light and air.

Valeria, who is now famous worldwide for being the "Human Barbie" all thanks to a series of plastic surgery, makeup, and Photoshop techniques, is still struggling to meet Barbie's seemingly impossible physical proportions. However, to satisfy herself and her 994,000 Facebook fans, she decided to pursue her goal by engaging into this bizarre diet.

Valeria Lukyanova's diet entails that she must train herself to require smaller and smaller amounts of food until her body would agree that she will not need sustenance entirely.

"In recent weeks I have not been hungry at all," Lukyanova recently said. "I'm hoping it's the final stage before I can subsist on air and light alone.

According to The Gloss, followers of Breatharianism think that humans can live with light like plants do. They expect that light can be the sole source of nutrition and that they do not even need that much water if they want to. Basically, it's a starvation diet for dummies.

However, it seems that Valeria Lukyanova isn't the only celeb who has engaged into this kind of diet. Back when she was still a young actress, Michelle Pfieffer revealed that she became part of the non-eating cult. She even had a pair of personal trainers back then to help her out in realizing the main goal of Breatharianism.

Experts claim that Bratharianism - Valeria Lukyanova's diet - has been linked to several deaths. "Plants have what are called chloroplasts that contain chlorophyll and they have the ability to capture energy from sunlight. Humans don't have chlorophyll or chloroplasts. No humans do. It is impossible for a human to have that," said Dr. Robert Hoffman.
