In a sneak peek to Big Bang Theory season 7 episode 17 titled "The Friendship Turbulence" we can see Wolowitz attempting to better his friendly relationship with Sheldon, but he gets snubbed by the geeky Sheldon right away saying, "I was thinking what we have now is a bit much." Then, in a not-so-pleasing series of events, Sheldon ends up insulting Howard by calling the other "Hawkeye!" Then, the preview shows that Sheldon and Howard will share the same flight - one that will somehow turn into a very turbulent journey. Meanwhile, Penny will be torn when she is offered an embarrassing movie role. Although she didn't like the role, she is not willing to give up her acting career. Penny is then convinced that she is not fit for the role so she decides to go back to working in the Cheesecake Factory. However, Leonard's supportive side will show when she presents a car, which Penny could use whenever she decides to go and try her luck auditioning for other roles.
