Jeannemarie Phelan Married [VIDEO] Realtor Jeannemarie Phelan Caught On Camera Having Sex with Co-Worker in Client's Home

Jeannemarie Phelan's marriage may not have been an issue before but a video recently released by New Jersey homeowners could very well ruin Phelan's relationship and more.

Though Jeannemarie Phelan being married or not has not been confirmed by recent reports, her sexual escapades with fellow Coldwell Banker realtor Robert Lindsay were another thing altogether.

Phelan and Lindsay were caught having sex inside a home they were selling to a couple in New Jersey several times by a CCTV camera, according to reports, which did not mention Jeannemarie Phelan's marriage.

The homeowners have filed a lawsuit against Phelan and Lindsay, suing them for they allegedly violated the house more than 10 times from 2010 to 2011. The lawsuit also claims that Lindsay, who was also the former president of the Passaic County Board of Realtors, claimed that the North New Jersey home to be more expensive than it should be, discouraging buyers so he could continue having sex with Phelan there.

The couple's claim was proven by videos taken by hidden security cameras that recorded their trysts, which all began soon after the home went on the market. The house was reportedly put up for $650,000, a rate much higher than its supposed market value.

"The police opened the door to the house and found Lindsay pulling up his pants," the lawsuit filed against Lindsay and Phelan read. "Lindsay lied to police by telling them that he was there to prepare the house for an open house. … Instead, Lindsay and Phelan were at the house to have sex."

The lawsuit is also directed at their company, Coldwell Banker real estate, for reportedly breaking several stipulations in the contract as well as their customers' trust.

"Immediately after learning of the allegation of improper behavior at the property by two independent contractors in January 2012, we ceased our affiliation with the agents," Coldwell Banker said in a statement. "These agents have not listed or sold properties on our behalf since the allegation of misconduct at the home was first reported."

Though Jeannemarie Phelan's marriage still remains under the wraps, the realtor and colleague Linday's mistake will nonetheless haunt them for the years to come.
