Zac Efron's girlfriend, or technically his ex, Lily Collins might be the real reason why the young actor is back on drugs, Beauty World News reported Friday.
What seemed as an unusual incident for the 26-year-old happened this week, and Efron's friends believe that he might be sniffing on some drugs again following his split with girlfriend Lily Collins.
Hollywood Life reported that Zac got involved into an odd incident when he reportedly drove to the sketchy neighborhood in the middle of the night just to get sushi.
The actor told police that he was out to grab some sushi when a group of homeless men approached him. This then led to an altercation on Skid Row.
"Zac's a loner. He goes out rarely and the idea of him driving for miles to go to some sushi restaurant in downtown L.A. after midnight is preposterous," one of the 'Neighbors' actor's friends said.
Just this Thursday, it was revealed that Efron's bodyguard, who was with him during the fight, lied about getting stabbed in the face, chest and stomach by "transients."
Authorities said that when they arrived at the scene only the young actor was bleeding while his bodyguard was just sitting there texting away.
Meanwhile, other friends of the actor revealed to TMZ that they feel as though Lily Collin's ex-boyfriend's "bodyguard" has been a bad influence since his rehab stint.
Interestingly, several new sources popped out and told TMZ that Zac Efron may not have enrolled himself to rehab all along. They claimed that the "High School Musical" alum simply stayed with a friend outside of California and received private therapy sessions there.
Beauty World News reported that many of Zac's friends are now frustrated that he is reverting back to his old ways: using illicit drugs following Zac Efron's split with girlfriend Lily Collins.
It can be noted that Zac Efron's girlfriend, Lily Collins, had been helping the actor recover from drug abuse before their split. She also stayed with him throughout his recuperation after he slipped on a puddle of water outside his LA home.
Could Zac Efron's girlfriend be the same reason why the former Disney star is back on drugs?
