USAID Plans To Eliminate Poverty Using Science And Technology By 2030

USAID, United States Agency for International Development together with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be declaring that they will be using a new technology against poverty that has been gripping the whole world. A high tech-program was developed in order to aid them in eliminating poverty.

Reports of the high-tech program will be announce to be identified as the United States Global Development Agency. The program which will employ the use of science and technology will be done by the collective group of 31 universities, corporations, foundations and USAID. The group will be supporting the development of the high tech program that will become a gradual solution for extinguishing intense poverty by the year 2030.

Plans for improving agriculture by using technology is part of the project, solving one of the major issues in global food shortage. Eliminating world hunger is an essential part of the program.

USAID and its partners will use a strategy involving science and technology to formulate a plan of action against infinite issues experienced by the poor communities of the world. United States has been known to exert effort to spearhead the end of poverty.

The USAID was reported to have been spending time and money in order to launch the program,They already spent an estimated amount valued at $127 million in 2008 for scientific developments, and a higher disbursement in 3013, reaching $800 million.

The high tech program is expected to use $30 billion over the course of the project which is projected to complete in 2030. USAID also got significant financial support from its partners, university of California, Gates Foundation, and Coca-Cola.

USAID plans to use science and technology would be an important part on their goal to eliminate the global issue of poverty, with the cooperation of its partners in the program, the world may experience a decrease in poor communities over the coming years.
