Lily Allen the British Pop Star posted almost naked images of her in Instagram which made a stir over the internet this weekend. The 28 year old recording artist and actress posted an image of herself only wearing an underwear with her hair covering parts of her breasts
The English Pop Star Lily Allen received numerous nominations from the Grammy Awards, Brit Awards and MTV Video Music Awards. Her first Album "Alright, Still," sold more than 2.6 million records worldwide. She is known for producing electropop, ska, reggae genre music, and has been widely popular for in the music industry.
Some fans of the famous pop star was not happy from the circulating nearly nude photos of the singer. A fan recently criticized the picture as being obscene and must not be posted in Instagram or publicly because young children who uses the social media may see it. While other enthusiasts pointed out that the images were more of a statement from the singer expressing confidence for her body.
Lily Allen also just gave birth to her daughter Marnie Rose just the other year, during that time she gained a bit of weight. Now her posted images are showing that she has lost some of the weight from the pregnancy, and is more confident with her current figure. The singer and actress is currently married to husband, Sam Cooper. They have two adorable daughters, Marnie Rose, and Ethel Mary.
In 2009, the British pop star announced that she will be retiring from the music industry. Fans was a bit disappointed from the news, but eventually Lily Allen made a comeback in September 2012. She also released her album "The Truth About Love" the same year.
Reports that the almost naked images posted by Lily Allen on instagram was a promotional tactic for her upcoming release of a new album 'Sheezus" this coming May of this year.
