Does Naya's debut single "Sorry" mean something else entirely for her now?
"Sorry, I’m not sorry, Cause I’ve been rollin’ round, Shut it down, lady, Bagged him up, Now he’s my baby." she sings
Did she know when she was recording her debut single-which features now ex-fiance Big Sean- that it would all end up like this?
"Sorry, I’m not sorry, Yeah you had your fun, now it’s done, crazy, You’re looking at his number one lady."
Everything seemed to be going perfectly fine. She had already gone shopping for her wedding dress. Every interview the couple had together they seemed to express how good the were together, how they would be the perfect spouses for one another. It seems to have come out of nowhere, but it's not like it wasn't entirely unexpected. Who really hadn't seen it coming?
As in the tradition of a whirlwind romance, everything moved at a fast-pace between 27 year old Glee star Naya Rivera, and 26 year old rapper Big Sean. It began on twitter, but they officially became a couple or started dating on April 2013 and were engaged shortly (six months after) on October 2013 and now everything's been called off, also six months after.
The announcement was confirmed by Big Sean's reps stating "After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off,"
Many speculations have come out on the reasoning behind the abrupt ending of the relationship, with rumors of infidelity and getting "cold feet" on Big Sean's part, and Naya finally getting fed up with it all being the top reasons.
The wedding's off and so are the gloves? A less than amicable split?
Mere hours after the news had broken, things took a downwards turn when more accusations emerged, but this time originating allegedly from Rivera herself. In which she took to twitter; to acuse her ex-fiancee of stealing a Rolex from her house.
The tweet that has since been deleted, but was luckily obtained by TMZ stated: '@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady's house now. Maybe cuz I'm on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin.'
This however was vehemently denied by Big Sean's reps,
"the recent rumors and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue. " they said, and went on to say that "Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."
So what's the real story behind it, and who's the sorry party?
