Google Next Generation Wearable Technology Under Heavy Competition Against Rival Tech Companies Samsung, Apple, And Facebook Oculus

Google Next Generation Wearable Technology is under heavy competition and a race against its rival tech companies like, Samsung, Apple, and Facebook. The race for the most ingenious and innovative wearable tech is underway.

Google currently announced that it will be selling its wearable headset device, the "Google Glass", to the public for a limited stocks only. The tech giant strategy to lure consumers and to create more publicity is not that concealing to its competitors anymore.

Google Glass has also been reported that it is being tested by the US Air Force under the Human Performance Wing. The New York city Council is also planning to propose a bill to require food hygiene and safety inspectors to wear the Google headset device during inspections. If the proposed bill will gets its approval, reports that the New York Police Department together with other departments will also be included on the act, seeing potential of the Google Glass to aid and improve work for the law enforcers.

Recently, one of the Google batch of explorers who experienced the device, Guide Danielle Murdoch issued a statement on Sky News: "Glass has all the capabilities of your smart phone, but the beauty of it is that it allows you to be hands free and heads up."

Samsung has released some of its latest offerings on the wearable technology line, showing off its current selection of Gear Fit, Gear 2, and Gear 2 Neo Smart Watches. It is also already available in 125 countries.

Facebook was reported recently purchasing the virtual reality company Oculus VR for $2 billion, in attempt to create a headset that will provide virtual reality experience to its user. While Apple is rumored to release their wearable technology device iWatch soon.

Google is clearly under aggressive competition over the top spot of producing the next generation of wearable technology with its major competitors like Apple, Samsung, and Facebook, the company feels that their Google Glass will be way ahead of the game. A technology journalist, Sarah Shearman also said that these tech companies' main goal is to let its consumer interact with their products anytime and anywhere, being part of their life.
