Gwen Stefani is currently the new judge that will be gracing the 7th season of "The Voice", being the replacement for Christina Aguilera. While sources recently told the HollywoodLife that Adam Levine is also set to be leaving the upcoming season.
Gwen Stefani who was known to be the lead vocalist of the popular band "No Doubt", has been chosen to be the replacement judge for Christina Aguilera, at the popular singing contest from NBC's The Voice. The shows current judge, Christina Aguilera decided to leave the show because of her current pregnancy status, even if the producers of the show insisted that she can stay. The famous judge and singer was reported to be pregnant from her soon to be husband Matt Rutler.
The reports that made its way online about the current judge switch, has been widely circulated The current season of The Voice will start filming this coming June, with a few more changes on the show. Some reports also stated that Adam Levine will not be avaiabele on the 7th season of the singing contest, while Pharrell will be taking over the current sit of Cee Lo Green. The latest replacement news is Gwen Stefani switching Christina Aguilera on the highly coveted competition judge throne.
Sources also told HollywoodLife, that The Voice producers are already excited to work with Gwen Stefani, and that the No Doubt singer has already signed up for the job. Although, Gwen Stefani will only be doing the 7th season of the singing competition, and Christina Aguilera is believed to be returning on the 8th season with going through her maternity leave.
In other note, Adam Levine is rumored to be leaving the judge sit on the upcoming season of the show. Sources say that it will be up to the Maroon 5 singer if he wants to stay or not. The Voice will also be replacing Adam Levine if he chooses to leave the show, but the candidate to replace hi is still ukown.
