The rumored GTA 5 Online DLC has been confirmed as RockStar Games, the developer of the Grand Theft Auto V game, announced that the downloadable content is already being developed.
In a post on the GTA 5 Online official support page, RockStar Games' Brain B revealed that the rumored "High Life" update is already in development.
Brain B said that the High Life update will give gamers the ability to own brand new apartments. He added that players will have to opt for a property wherein their cars will be dropped, then the car will be delivered after calling the mechanic.
With this update, players will be allowed to have two properties with each property having a garage. When the player calls a mechanic, he will have to specify in what garage the car will be delivered.
"To clarify, there will be new high-end apartments as a part of the High Life update," Brain B said in a post. "These are brand new apartments, so we are talking about new interior as well. I don't want to spoil everything for you, though, so stay tuned for the update."
RockStar Games have yet to announce a release date for the High Life update, but previous reports indicated that it will come out this spring.
GTA 5 Online Rumors: Jetpacks Coming Into The Game?
Meanwhile, rumors indicated that gamers will soon get the chance to fly around Los Santos as one user on the Se7en Sins forum revealed that he found a string on the source that could allow players to use jetpacks.
Most gamers said that the strings of text might be a part of outdated references that could have been removed during the development, but Chr0m3 x MoDz said that the strings of text were not present before the 1.12 update that came out earlier this month.
"Now I know a lot of people are going to say it's deprecated and old but I will stop you there as this actually hasn't appeared until 1.12. I found a string in the xex called 'JETPACK' it hasn't been there at all until now here is proof," Chr0m3 x MoDz wrote.

The user is unsure, though, whether or not RockStar Games used an old code because jetpacks were present in GTA San Andreas, but he feels that the strings of text suggest that a new way of getting around in the game will be included in a future DLC.
