As we tread closer to the season finale of Game of Thrones, let's look back on this season's highlights and speculate on the events that may unfold during the season finale. Beware, spoilers within!

The penultimate episode of Season 4 may have ended with a brutal, shocking death, but the season finale has one more shocking death in store for diehard fans. Those who have read the books might not need to record a reaction video, but those who haven't read a page of George R.R Martin's masterpiece may need to rev up their HD cameras for tonight's episode. Tonight's murder-slash-sentencing is expected to top the murder of Joffrey Baratheon on his wedding day and of Oberyn Martell's during Tyrion's trial by combat.

With the Red Viper dead, Tyrion is expected to face the block and lose his head. Tonight, we'll know whether Tyrion makes it to The Wall, where his father, Tywin, had been meaning to exile him to since Joffrey's death, or if our beloved "imp" faces the executioner.

Tywin Lannister may not be the best father in Westeros but he sure has tried to keep the Iron Throne for the Lannister children. To one child, however, Tywin Lannister's schemes and dangerous maneuvering had gone unappreciated. Prior to Tyrion's court appearance, viewers should recall the Jaime had attempted to convince the elder Lannister to pardon Tyrion and send him to The Wall, but with Tyrion's sentencing, has Jaime Lannister been harboring ill feelings towards daddy dearest?

Meanwhile, on the outskirts of King's Landing, Arya Stark and Sandor Clegane are on their way to Riverrun where the Tully's originate. The younger Stark and the Hound's journey are briefly interrupted with a battle and possibly, the death of a principal character. Arya, though young and armed with a pin sword, is not exactly skilled in the art of swordfighting. Who among the two travelers bids goodbye tonight?

On the other side of the continent, the Mother of Dragons assumes complete control of her army, but without a wise advisor by her side, Daenearys might fall to an incoming attack by the Sons of the Harpy. Will House Targaryen stand through an impending attack on the Unsullied or will Daenearys Targaryan's journey end in Mereen?

Last but not the least, our second favorite Stark, Jon Snow, begins his journey into the North, beyond the Wall to find Mance Rayder. In the season finale preview below, our favorite Nightwatch is seen with a sword near his neck. Is Jon Snow ready to sing his swansong tonight?

Expect at least two principal deaths tonight on the Game of Thrones Season 4 Finale which airs on June 15, 9:00 ET/PT on HBO.
