McKayla Maroney's Twitter account has been flooded with praises ever since she did that amazing, semi-humorous but playful pitch she calls "Changeup" at a Chicago White Sox game Friday night.
Several reports say that McKayla Maroney's Twitter praises were mostly due to the fact that the young professional gymnast did liven up the mood at the national pastime's age-old tradition through her unique take on how to perfectly throw the ball after tumbling twice.
Prior to doing the amazing routine, Maroney tweeted that she's "so nervous" minutes before she was called in to throw the ball.
In McKayla Maroney's Twitter, the 18-year-old even dished that she'd like to call her playful pitch "changeup."
On the other hand, the official White Sox Twitter feed would like to put it simply and call the gymnast's pitch as something "very impressive."
Consequently, here are some of the praises the 2011 World Championships gold titlist received on social media.
"First one I've seen it happen and it was perfect. No surprise since it was you," a William Sherman wrote.
"You make Clayton Kershaw look like an embarrassment
