After Eight Long Months Of Anticipation, ‘Sleepy Hollow’ Returns With A Brand New Season

The eight long months of wait are finally over. On September 22, Monday, the highly-anticipated Fox's breakout hit, "Sleepy Hollow" returns on the small screen with a shocking brand new season.
After several months of waiting, "Sleepy Hollow" Season Two is definitely here. And now, we'll finally be able to get some solutions to the scorching questions that one of the most favored supernatural series left us after the cliffhanging Season One finale.
"Sleepy Hollow" Season One's two-part finale had our orifices dropped to the floor from the beginning till its end. While the first part of the Season one finale centered around Ichabod (Tom Mison) and Abbie (Nicole Beharie) struggling to crack a clandestine message in George Washington's Bible. The Bible purportedly had instructions leading to a map, desired by the malevolent Moloch.
The second half of the "Sleepy hollow" finale arose with Henry having a visualization of Moloch beckoning the Horseman of War, who would ride with his blazing sword during a solar eclipse. And as it casted out, there transpired to be a solar eclipse befalling that very night. The three invented a plan to preclude War from coming, but in order to cast a spell to halt him they needed a witch. They leaped into action to liberate Katrina from Purgatory with a diminutive help from the map Ichabod recollected.
According to its précis for the new season premiere, "Sleepy Hollow" season will start when Ichabod and Abbie will discover a way to liberate themselves from the shattering quandaries they were left in when we last saw them. But when they escape from being buried alive and locked away in Purgatory they'll grasp Katrina and Jenny have disappeared.

As per its précis, Sin-Eater Henry Parish will acquire of a treasured artifact in the premiere episode, but he won't be the only one wanting the treasure. Ichabod has added motivation than ever to find Franklin's key first to use it to re-enter Purgatory in "order to fulfill a promise."
