Kensington Palace has finally announced the due date for the second royal baby of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Since the pregnancy announcement this September 2014, royal watchers are excited for the details and arrival of Will and Kate's second child.

According to E! News, Kensington Palace announced the due date of Will and Kate's second royal baby in a statement Monday. They also gave an update about Kate's current condition. The duchess has canceled several appointments after her second pregnancy was announced this 2014.

"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in April 2015," the palace stated through a press release on Oct. 20. "The Duchess of Cambridge continues to be affected by Hyperemisis Gravidarum, but her condition is steadily improving."

The Huffington Post reported the duchess has been sidelined by the prolonged morning sickness but continues to improve. Kate had also suffered the same illness when she was pregnant with her first royal baby, Prince George. Though the due date was announced this 2014, the baby's gender was not yet revealed.

After several cancellations of the duchess' appointments, Kate will make her first appearance on Tuesday. BBC News reported Kate will join husband Prince William as they officially welcome Singapore's President Tony Tan when he arrives on a four-day visit this week.

The royal couple, Prince William and Kate will also greet Mrs. Tony Tan Keng Yam on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II. They will meet the president and Mrs. Tan at London's Garden Hotel and travel with them to the Horse Guards Parade, where the president of Singapore will receive a Ceremonial Welcome as part of his state visit.

In addition, Kate will also attend the Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2014 Awards at London's Natural History Museum. The second royal baby, whose due date will be on April 2015, will become fourth in line to the throne, succeeding older brother Prince George.

Prince George, the third in line to the throne, was born in July last year. Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been forced to announce the pregnancy before the significant 12-week milestone for the second time.

Because of the royal baby's due date announcement, onlookers will definitely clear and mark their calendars for the arrival of Will and Kate's second child. And this 2014, Kate is finally back to make public appearances after a number of events have been cancelled due to pregnancy complications.
