Port Orchard murder photos - A man suspected of killing his girlfriend and leaking photos of her mutilated corpse on 4Chan has been arrested on Wednesday by Oregon police after escaping in the victim's vehicle.

The suspect behind the Port Orchard murder photos, David Michael Kalac, is reported to have turned himself in without any incident in Wilsonville, about 20 miles Southwest of Portland at around 8:50p.m.

The 33-year-old is accused of beating and strangling his 30 years old girlfriend - Amber Coplin - to death at their Port Orchard apartment on Tuesday.

Police say before Coplin's murder was reported, an investigation had already been opened into some 4Chans photos of a murder scene with a tag "suicide by cop."

The Port Orchard murder photos were posted with other creepy notes, which reflected the troubled state of the suspect.

"Turns out its way harder to strangle someone to death than it looks on the movies," he writes.

"Check the news for Port Orchard, Washington, in a few hours. Her son will be home from school soon. He'll find her, then call the cops. I just wanted to share the pics before they find me," Kalac revealed.

Kalac became the main suspect after officials confirmed that the 4Chan-leaked Port Orchard murder photos matched the scene of Coplin's death.

Kalac and Coplin are reported to have lived with her 13 year old son in the same apartment.

Police say on Tuesday afternoon, shortly after returning from school, the boy went to his mother's bedroom and found the bloodied scene. He called his father, who alerted the police immediately after arriving at the house.

Kalac allegedly escaped with a few personal items including his laptop, cell phone and a few clothes. He also took Coplin's gold 2001 Ford Focus.

Investigators have revealed that during the manhunt, Kalac's cellphone was traced and two texts messages he sent to friends were intercepted.

"There will be no more me. ever, You'll read about it. That's all," one of the messages said.

In the victim's home, the police reportedly found Coplin's driver's license crossed with the word "dead." "Bad new" was written on the window blinds and "she killed me first" on the victim's bedroom wall.

On Wednesday, Kalac was charged with second degree murder involving domestic violence. He is currently being held at the Wilsonville TriMet station and is expected to be transported to the Clackamas County Jail.

The Port Orchard murder photos leaked on 4Chan comes after the social media platform made headlines in August for publishing hundreds of nude photos, including those of celebrities.
