Did the Karrueche Tran-Chris Brown saga just begin? On Saturday, Dec. 6, several social media followers were shocked when hip-hop star Brown unleashed hateful rant on Instagram against now ex-girlfriend Tran. Brown accused Tran of cheating on him with longtime rival Drake. However, the 25-year-old singer went back to Instagram on Sunday to post an apology.

The Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown breakup is one of the shocking celebrity splits this 2014, according to CNN. Brown's hateful rant started on Friday when he insulted Karrueche Tran on stage at the 2014 Power 106's Cali Christmas concert where the R&B singer allegedly called his now ex-girlfriend a "bitch."

On the same night, Chris Brown's on-and-off-again girlfriend, Karrueche Tran posted a message on social media site, Twitter.

And on Saturday, the 26-year-old model posted a puzzling message about a breakup on Instagram.

"Once you find strength within yourself, it's hard to allow any type of bs around you," Tran said. "I refuse to be repeatedly mistreated, especially by someone who claims to love me. That's not love. And if that's what you define as love then I don't want it."

After Karrueche Tran posted a cryptic Instagram message, Chris Brown also posted his own message that E! News reported contained a hateful breakup rant.

"We've got scars, some of them u gave me, some of them I've caused," Brown posted. "That ride or die act we have been fooling the world with obviously ain't working. I was locked up for damn near 4 months and only got 1 visit from you while u was hosting parties and taking secret trips to Toronto, going on dates with Drake!"

However,  Chris Brown returned to Instagram with an apology after publicly bashing Karrueche Tran.

"Being young and dumb is one of my strong suits and emotional at best. I love hard and react impulsively when I'm hurt at times," Brown posted. "So I AM APOLOGIZING I live in a glass house and the same s--t that makes me great also is my curse. Everybody know I love that girl. I don't care how my image look to the public because I'm still gonna be the best at what I do. I just want baby girl to know I apologize!"
