Yasmine Bleeth has made a rare public appearance on New Year Day. The 46-year-old actress and model was spotted walking along Venice Beach alongside her hubby Paul Cerrito.
According to US Magazine, Bleeth was at the beach for the annual Penguin Plunge - a tradition that marks the beginning of the New Year. However, the beauty, who dazzled the big screen in the nineties, held back from actually taking a dip. She seems to have been satisfied with simply walking around in loose-fitting clothes - not her memorable red one-piece bikini.
Bleeth was accompanied on her rare public appearance by a pack of merry makers that included fellow actress Eileen Davidson and her husband Vincent Van Patten. Eileen, who tweeted about hanging out with Bleeth, also posted some pictures of the pack on Twitter.
The sudden appearance of Yasmine Bleeth has stolen the headlines and gone viral online. The brunette, who was widely regarded as one of the most beautiful woman of her times, withdrew from the public eye at around the same time that she was tangled in a cocaine addiction scandal.
Bleeth has starred in many movies and television shows, but without doubt her most memorable role was as Caroline Holden in the Baywatch series. Although Yasmine Bleeth's time on the action drama series was comparatively short, it cemented her place as one of the most recognizable TV characters of the era.
Bleeth, who reportedly met her husband Paul Cerrito while checking into the Promises Rehabilitation Clinic in Malibu, is believed to have been off drugs for nearly a decade. In 2003, the actress revealed that she had recovered from her dependence on cocaine and that staying off drugs has become part of her life.
It is unclear if Yasmine Bleeth has any plans of making a big screen comeback. Her last role was in the 2003 movie Game Over.
